- Metro Manila: Starting at ₱65
- Provincial Area: Starting at ₱120
- Free Shipping: Available on select promos and minimum purchase thresholds (e.g., Free Shipping for orders ₱1,500 and up)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel via our delivery partner’s website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery such as delays, missing parcels, or damaged items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, name, and clear photos (if damaged).
- We will coordinate with the courier and keep you updated on the resolution.
