Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Metro Manila: Starting at ₱65
  • Provincial Area: Starting at ₱120
  • Free Shipping: Available on select promos and minimum purchase thresholds (e.g., Free Shipping for orders ₱1,500 and up)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel via our delivery partner’s website.


Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery such as delays, missing parcels, or damaged items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, name, and clear photos (if damaged).
  3. We will coordinate with the courier and keep you updated on the resolution.
