1. Shower for at least 10 min. till your skin gets softer or soak your body in the bathtub filled with warm water for 5 min.
2. Dampen the exfoliating glove in the warm water (It may shrink after soaked in water)
3. Depending on your skin type, gently scrub your body applying the light pressure just as you massage it.
4. Rinse off with the warm water
