Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective item
• Expired product received

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Clear photos or video must be provided for damaged or incorrect items

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Used or opened items (especially skincare and cosmetics for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or promotional items marked as final sale

How to Request a Return

• Email us at info@mybeautyph.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and reason for return.
• Wait for our customer service team to verify and approve your request.
• If approved, ship the item back to our return address (to be provided).
• Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, credit card). Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider’s processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a MyBeautyPH error (wrong or defective item), return shipping is free of charge.
• If the return is due to other reasons, the buyer will shoulder the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Attach photos and a short explanation.
• We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
